Share My Faith

At the end of each of my books, I invite readers to this page because I want to share something that is foundational to who I am—my faith in Jesus Christ.

Christianity can sometimes seem complicated or unclear, so I want to simply share what it means to me.

As a Christian, I have confessed Jesus Christ as my Lord and Savior. You may have heard this described as being saved, born again, or receiving salvation. At the heart of each of these expressions is a relationship with God made possible through Jesus Christ.

As Christians, we believe Jesus died for our sins and rose again, making forgiveness and salvation available to us. But Christianity is more than being saved from sin. It is the beginning of a personal relationship with God.

That relationship grows as we:

Read the Bible — God's Word helps us know Him and understand how He desires us to live.

Pray — Prayer is how we communicate and have conversation with God.

Praise and worship — We express our love and gratitude to God for who He is and for His goodness in our lives.

Faith, Love & Purpose

God is love, and I believe His desire is for His love to be demonstrated throughout the world.

Each of us has an opportunity to share the love of Christ through the way we live, the way we serve others, and by fulfilling the purpose God has given us.

For me, that means helping people gain clarity, recognize what God has placed within them, and move toward becoming and building what He has called them to.

It also means sharing my faith so others have an opportunity to know Jesus Christ and experience His salvation and love for themselves.

If you would like to welcome Jesus Christ into your life and receive Him as your Lord and Savior, you can begin by praying this prayer:

Lord Jesus, I know that I am a sinner and need Your forgiveness. I believe You died for my sins and rose again. I turn from my sin and invite You into my heart and my life. I confess You as my Lord and Savior and receive Your gift of salvation by faith. In Jesus' name, Amen.

Welcome to the Family of Faith

If you prayed that prayer and meant it from your heart, I encourage you to begin growing in your relationship with God.

Find a Bible-based church where you can learn God's Word, grow in your faith, and become connected to a community of believers. Begin reading the Bible and talking to God through prayer. You don't have to understand everything at once. Your relationship with God is a journey, and you can grow one step at a time.
